To serve you in the most efficient way possible, we process your order as soon as it's placed. Therefore,
once you place your order by clicking on the submit button, you cannot change your order. If you need to order
additional items, simply place another order. If you ordered something mistakenly, please follow our
returns process.
Cancellations: If you need to cancel your order, you may do so by calling customer service at 1-800-269-2609 as long as the
order has not yet been forwarded to our warehouse for processing. Please be advised your payment may have already been processed.
Therefore, it may take 7 to 10 days for the bank to release funds back to your credit card.

Guaranteed Saturday
delivery is available to most addresses. The order must meet these conditions:
- Order will be shipped to one of the 50 U.S. states.
- Order has been placed by 6:30 pm Eastern Time, on a non-holiday Friday.
- You have chosen the Saturday delivery shipping option.
- PO boxes are ineligible for guaranteed Saturday delivery.
- All others are shipped via FedEx.
FedEx delivers on Saturday to nearly all zip codes; to be certain they deliver to your zip code contact FedEx at 1-800-GOFEDEX
before placing your order.

We can ship to P.O. Boxes using the FedEx / US Post Office shipping option, depending on the destination and what you bought.
- We cannot ship hazmat1 items to PO Boxes2.
- We cannot ship FedEx 2 Day Air or FedEx Overnight Air (including Saturday) to PO Boxes.
- We cannot ship oversize3 items to PO Boxes.
1 “Hazmat” contain combustible ingredients such as paint and solvents. Orders may be delayed by one or two days.
2 “PO Boxes” stands for Post Office Boxes. PO Boxes serve people who pick up their mail at the local post office.
3 “Oversize” means items that are too large to be shipped through the US Post Office.
Please note that orders cannot be shipped to P.O.
boxes on government holidays. They will be shipped
the next business day. Government holidays include:
