Within
30 days of receiving your order, you may return any item in its
original condition for a full refund of the purchase price.
If we’ve made an error in the shipment, we’ll also refund
the shipping and handling charges.

Return guidelines are printed on the
packing slip enclosed with each order. |
- Fill out the form and include it with your
return. If you have misplaced the packing slip, please include
a slip of paper with the buyer's name, the order confirmation
number (to find
it call customer service at 800-269-2609), and the reason for the return.
- Pack your return securely in the original
shipping carton.
- Use the return-address label printed on the packing slip
or a slip of paper (if packing slip is misplaced) and send the package to:

we've received and processed the return, we will issue a credit to
the credit card account used for the original purchase in the amount of the item, plus
any applicable tax. We're sorry, but we can't refund shipping and handling costs unless
the return is due to an error that we made. |
