Just before Christmas 2000, Chuck’s gas stove wouldn’t light.
“Christmas was coming very soon, and we planned to host a Christmas Eve party for family and friends,” he said.
After calling local vendors with no success, Chuck searched the Internet for some help.

Chuck’s certain he saved at least $150.00 by avoiding a costly service call fee and repairing his own oven.
