The
RepairClinic.com Tell a Friend Give-Away (the "Give-Away") begins 12:01 a.m.
(Eastern Time) on the first Monday of each month and ends 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Time) on the third Monday of each month (the "Entry Period").
The Give-Away is sponsored by RepairClinic.com, 48600 Michigan Avenue, Canton,
MI 48188 ("Sponsor").
Eligibility:
The Give-Away is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the
District of Columbia, who, as of time of entry, are 18 years or older. Employees of RepairClinic.com,
its suppliers, and affiliates dealing with this Give-Away or the operation of its websites and those
domiciled with such employees and members of their immediate family are not eligible. Persons entering
the Give-Away must access the website from a computer located in the United States. All submitted claims
and entries become the sole property of Sponsor, and will not be returned. By entering and participating
in this Give-Away, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decision of the
judges, which are final, binding and conclusive in all matters relating to this Give-Away. The Give-Away
is void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

How
to Enter:
To enter
follow the instructions found in the RepairClinic.com September newsletter and respond within the
Entry Period. Entrants must provide enough information to allow Sponsor to contact entrant if
selected as a winner.
Limit:
One entry per person or email address (regardless of whether more
than one person uses the same email address). In the case of multiple
entries, only the first will be considered.
Winners
and Prizes: The RepairClinic.com Tell a Friend Give-Away consists of prizes with the following
approximate retail value (ARV): 20 Grand Prizes: 5-in-1 screwdriver (ARV $6.99/ea). Winners may not choose
cash or alternative prizes. Prizes are not transferable.
The
Sponsor will randomly select winners on or about the third Wednesday of each month from all
eligible electronic and mail-in entries
received by the Sponsor. The winner will be notified by mail, email
or telephone. The winner may be required to execute an affidavit of
eligibility and compliance with Give-Away Rules and a liability and
publicity release. Taxes are the winners' responsibility. Failure
to execute and return any requested documents within 21 days of attempted
delivery of same, or the return of any prize or prize notification
as undeliverable will result in the awarding of the prize to an alternate
winner. Winner may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that
winner is the authorized account holder of the email address associated
with the winning entry.
Use
of Entrant Information: Except as required by law,
Sponsor will not share entrant information with any third parties.
Sponsor may contact entrants in the future with offers it feels may
be of interest. Please read the full statement of Sponsor's privacy
policies.

of Winning:
The odds of winning depend on the number of entries received.
Liability/General
Rules:
Subject to all applicable laws in the United States. Void where prohibited
and in all other countries, territories and commonwealths.
Sponsor
and each of its affiliates are not responsible for any negligence,
claims, liability, injury, property loss or other damages of participants
and/or winners arising from, or in connection with, the use/misuse
of prizes awarded or participation in this Give-Away.
Sponsor
is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, damaged, incomplete,
illegible, or postage-due mail/entries. Nor is any responsibility
assumed for incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information,
including but not limited to malfunctions, human error, lost/delayed/garbled
data or transmissions, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, failures
of: any telephone or computer line or network, computer equipment,
software or any combination thereof. All entries become the sole property
of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
If,
in Sponsor's sole opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence
of electronic or non-electronic tampering with any portion of the
Give-Away, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of
the Give-Away, Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Give-Away
and conduct a random drawing to award prizes using all electronic
and mail-in entries received as of the termination date. Should the
Give-Away be terminated prior to the stated expiration date, notice
will be posted on the home pages of RepairClinic.com. Sponsor reserves
the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official
Rules and regulations or who make any misrepresentations relative
to the Give-Away and redemption of prizes.
In
the event of a dispute, electronic entries will be deemed made by
the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the
time of entry. "Authorized account holder" is deemed as the natural
person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider,
on-line service provider, or other organization that is responsible
for assigning email addresses or the domain name associated with the
submitted electronic entry. If a potentially winning entry is an electronic
entry, the potential winner may be required to provide Sponsor with
proof that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email
address associated with the potential winning entry.
Conditions:
Participant waives the right to assert as a cost of winning any prize
any and all costs of verification and redemption or travel to redeem
said prize and any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking
to redeem said prize. Upon delivery or coordination of any prize to
the winner, Sponsor will be deemed to have awarded the prize to the
winner with winner assuming full ownership and responsibility for
the prize.
Give-Away
Winners List and Official Rules: For the names of prize
winners, send a request and a self-addressed, stamped envelope by
the last day of the appropriate month to: RepairClinic.com, 48600 Michigan Avenue, Canton,
MI 48188. To receive a copy of these Official Rules, send a request
and a self-addressed, stamped envelope to the above address by the last day of the appropriate month.
Vermont and Washington residents need not send a stamped envelope.
