Order Information

CREDIT CARD CHARGES – We will charge your credit card only when your order ships. If your order requires more than one shipment, we will charge your card separately for each shipment. You will only pay one shipping charge regardless of how many shipments are required to complete your order.

DEBIT CARD CHARGES – When you place your order online, your bank may allocate the total order amount from your account and hold it in reserve for up to a week, or until your order ships. During this time you may not have access to those funds. If you need access to the money in the account that your debit card draws from, use a credit card instead.

PAYMENT OPTIONS – We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and MC DinersClub, PayPal, Checks & Money Orders. (See note about the use of debit cards).

Shipping Information

SHIP OUT GUARANTEE – We guarantee that the in-stock portion of your order will ship out on the day displayed during checkout. If we don’t ship out your order on time just let us know and the order is free – including the shipping charges.

NOTE: If you order more than one part, or several of the same part, be sure to check the stock status for all parts. Charges still apply for parts which show they were out of stock at the time of the order. We consider an order shipped out once FedEx takes possession of the package, even though FedEx may not show possession until 6 am the following morning. Also, the word "today" in the ship out guarantee refers to the day in the Eastern Time zone. For example, 9:01 PM Pacific Time on a Wednesday will be Thursday in the Eastern Time zone.

POST OFFICE ECONOMY SHIPPING OPTION – Use this option when the order is not urgent. To help keep costs down, FedEx has partnered with the US Post Office to deliver packages.

WHEN WE SHIP YOUR IN-STOCK ITEMS – SmartPost and FedEx Ground orders placed by 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 8:00 p.m. on Friday or anytime Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.

FedEx 2 Day and FedEx Overnight orders placed by 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday will ship the same day. Orders placed after 8:00 p.m. on Friday and before 3:00 p.m. on Saturday will ship on Saturday. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Saturday or anytime on Sunday will ship on Monday.

SATURDAY DELIVERY OPTION – The guaranteed Saturday delivery option is available to most addresses. You must:

  • Select the Saturday delivery option during checkout
  • Ship to one of the 50 states
  • Place the order by 8:00 p.m. Eastern Time, on a non-holiday Friday
  • Ship to an address, not a P.O. Box

FedEx delivers on Saturday to nearly all zip codes; to be certain they deliver to your zip code contact FedEx at 1-800-GOFEDEX before placing your order.

SHIPPING TO P.O. BOXES – We can ship to P.O. Boxes using the Post Office shipping option, depending on the destination and items on your order. The following US Post Office policies apply:

  • We cannot ship hazmat items to P.O. Boxes
  • We cannot ship Overnight, 2 Day or Ground to P.O. Boxes
  • We cannot ship oversize items to P.O. Boxes
  • We cannot ship on government holidays, including:
  • New Year's Day
  • Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.
  • President's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day
  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day
  • Veteran's Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Christmas Day

These orders will ship the next business day.

ALASKA AND HAWAII SURCHARGE – An additional fee of $30 will be charged for FedEx Overnight and FedEx 2Day shipments and $4 for Post Office and FedEx Ground shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping cutoff time for orders of in-stock items shipped USPS Priority is 4:00 p.m. ET. USPS Priority orders for in-stock items placed on or after 4:00 will ship the next business day.

INTERNATIONAL, US TERRITORIES, APO/FPO - RepairClinic.com ships to Canada also, but not to any other country. For an additional fee of $4 we can ship to the U.S. territories and APO/FPO U.S. military addresses. Shipping cutoff time for in-stock items is 4:00 p.m. ET. Orders for in-stock items placed on or after 4:00 will ship the next business day.

WHEN STUFF HAPPENS (FORCE MAJEURE) - Sometimes there is a weather delay, a vehicle breaks down, power goes out somewhere or there is some other unforeseen circumstance outside our reasonable control that prevents your package getting to you on time. These things are often referred to as “acts of God.” In those cases we will work with you and the shipping carrier to be sure you get your package as soon as possible, however our normal shipping and delivery guarantees don’t apply.


Return Policy

365 Days. Period.®: You may return any item for any reason within 365 days of placing your order. See the chart below for details on what must be included with your return.

ABUSE OF RETURN POLICY: RepairClinic.com reserves the right to refuse to sell to any person for any reason not prohibited by law, including, but not limited to, abuse of its return policy.

SPECIAL HANDLING OF CERTAIN MATERIALS: If the Product you are returning contains any combustible or otherwise hazardous materials, please contact your shipping carrier for instructions on how to safely package and ship that product. You are responsible for compliance with all laws and regulations regarding the proper handling, packing, and shipment of combustible materials, hazardous materials, fragile materials, materials that may leak, or anything that may cause environmental or physical harm.

Return Procedure

USA, APO/FPO, US Territories

  1. Put the original packing slip in the package or make your own, including:
    1. Name
    2. Address
    3. Telephone number
    4. Order number
    5. Model and serial number of equipment
    6. Reason for return
  2. Pack your return securely in the original packaging or your own packaging.
  3. Use the return-address label printed on the packing slip or make your own and tape it to the package.
  4. Once we have received and processed your return we will send an email to notify you.

REFUNDS: When we've received and processed the return, we will credit your card for the amount you paid for the item(s), plus any applicable sales tax. Returns are normally processed within a few days, however your bank may not release the funds back to you for two weeks or more depending on their policies.
