a story about a woman determined to avoid
past dryer problems with a little bit of
preventative maintenance:
One
customer's success story
When Pauline
Shipp's son gave her a computer, she discovered

She also found the solution to her ongoing
dryer problems.
"Since 1989, I've replaced three heating
coils, a thermostat, a motor and eventually
a dryer," said Shipp. "Though
I always asked questions of the repair technicians,
I was never told how to clean out the vent,

of my dryer breakdowns."
Shipp learned about dryer maintenance, including

Shipp ordered a dryer vent brush, received
it a few days later and set about cleaning
out her vent.

"It went beautifully, and I followed

Shipp.
