Water Evaporator Pad

If water does not exit properly the water evaporator pad might be clogged with calcium and other mineral deposits. Once the water evaporator pad is clogged, the water rides along the top of the pad and drips down outside of the water collection tray at the bottom. If water does not exit properly check the water evaporator pad and replace as needed.

Water Line

If water does not exit properly the water line from the water inlet valve to the water evaporator pad might be positioned incorrectly or broken. Or, the water drain line from the bottom of the humidifier might be disconnected, clogged, or broken. If possible, shorten the water line and reuse it, if not it will have to be replaced.

Water Panel Distribution Tray

If water doesn't exit properly the water panel distribution tray might be out of place, clogged or cracked. The water distribution tray sits at the top of the water evaporator pad. Its purpose is to spread the flow of water evenly across the top of the evaporator pad so that the water drips down into the pad evenly.
