Important News for Our Sub Zero Customers

For the past 10 years we have had the privilege of serving tens of thousands of you. Unfortunately, Sub Zero has recently decided to change their parts distribution network and we are no longer able to purchase Sub Zero parts and offer them to you.

We will continue to sell the remaining Sub Zero parts we have in stock. Once our stock is depleted, we will no longer be able to re-order the parts. Once this happens, we will also no longer be able to provide you with the free Sub Zero RepairGuru repair advice you have come to expect from us.

Sub Zero is a great American company run by good people. We realize they can choose to distribute their replacement parts any way they desire. Although we are biased, we also believe that you should be able to shop freely on the Internet for your parts and select your parts vendor based upon the company that provides you with the best service and value.

We would like to continue serving your Sub Zero appliance parts and accessory needs, but for now we must refer you to the Sub Zero Corporation to get the help you need. Please call Sub Zero at 1-800-222-7820 and they will refer you to one of their six authorized parts and service centers.

If you would prefer to order from RepairClinic.com, please let the Sub Zero representative know that. If they allow us to carry the parts again, we'll work quickly to restock the parts and make them available to you.
