Dryer lint trap. Proper air flow is critical to dryer operation so the filter should be cleaned before every load. Replace the filter if it has any tears or rips in it.
door catch
Dryer thermal limiter (or thermal fuse). May be located on the blower housing or element. If the dryer overheats, the thermal fuse blows to cut off power to the dryer. If the thermal fuse has blown, the dryer won't start. The thermal fuse cannot be reset--if the fuse has blown, it must be replaced
Dryer drum glide. These drum glides help to support the front of the dryer drum as it rotates. Sold individually. It is recommended to replace both at one time.
Valve to tub fill hose
Rear bearing support cup for dryer drum. If the drum support ball is also worn you can purchase these items in a drum bearing kit. See related item.

Dryer high-limit thermostat, L260-70F. If the dryer overheats, this high-limit thermostat will cut off the power to the heating element. If the high-limit thermostat has blown, the dryer won't heat.
Door lock & switch assembly
Dryer thermistor. This thermistor should read approximately 50,000 (50K) Ohms of resistance at 77 degrees Fahrenheit. *Note that it is not in the heating circuit so it likely will not be the cause of a dryer heating problem. It can however effect cycle times or cause a fault if defective.
Dryer blower wheel. If the blower wheel is noisy the center hole may be stripped out or the fins may be damaged from debris getting through the lint filter.
