Briggs & Stratton Original Equipment 696854 Extended Life Oil Filter. For optimum performance, we recommend changing the oil in your small engine after the first five hours of use. After that, change the oil on a yearly basis or after every 50 hours of use (whichever comes first).
Briggs & Stratton flywheel key. The flywheel key aligns the flywheel in the correct position on the crankshaft. If the engine stops suddenly due to hitting a hard object, the flywheel key shears in half to prevent damage to the engine. If the flywheel key is broken, the engine won't start.
Briggs & Stratton rocker cover gasket. Be sure that all surfaces are clean and dry before installing this gasket. Do not use solvents or gasket sealer on this gasket.

Ignition coil (or magneto armature). The ignition coil sends voltage to the spark plug while the engine is running. If the ignition coil is defective, the engine may not start.
Carburetor float bowl. If the carburetor is leaking, one of the float bowl gaskets may be worn out.

Briggs & Stratton carburetor (RUIXING) with fuel shut off solenoid. If the carburetor is clogged, the engine won't get enough fuel. As a result, the engine may not start or may run rough. The carburetor can often be cleaned or rebuilt, but may sometimes need to be replaced.
