Dryer gas burner valve solenoid set. If the dryer does not heat or heats intermittently the coils could be defective. To test, watch the burner and if the igniter glows for a while and then shuts off without the gas igniting, it usually means one of these coils is bad.
Dryer drum support roller kit. Includes two washers. When the drum rollers are worn out, they can cause the dryer to make a loud rumbling noise. Both rollers should be replaced at the same time. The roller does not need lubrication, the bearing is self-lubricating.
Dryer drum drive belt, 100 inches long, 3/8" wide,5 ribs 4 grooves. The drive belt wraps all the way around the dryer drum, around a tension pulley, and then around the drive motor pulley. If the drum will not turn when the dryer is turned on the belt is likely broken.
Dryer blower wheel for exhaust with clamp. If the dryer does not heat properly then this wheel may be stripped causing an air flow problem.
Dryer drum roller axle. If the dryer is noisy this roller axle or the roller itself may be worn and require replacement.
Washer belt kit for Maytag models. If the washer does not agitate, spin, or drain then one of the belts could be worn and require replacement. Belt sizes: 41 in x 5/16 in, 42-1/3in by 7/16 in
Dryer front drum support glide. Order 2 when repairing the dryer. Be aware it requires a rivet tool to install the new glide and the tool must be purchased locally.
High temperature adhesive for installing rubber feet and felt seals, 2 ounces.
Dryer slide in lint filter (lint trap). Proper air flow is critical to dryer operation so the filter should be cleaned before every load. Replace the filter if it has any tears or rips in it.
White silicone adhesive caulk. Forms a heat resistant bond. Often used for gaskets, seals and burner grate feet.
Spanner nut wrench for many Whirlpool, Kenmore, General Electric & Maytag inner tub lock (spanner) nuts
Snap retaining ring. Used to keep rollers and idler wheels in place
Gas dryer sensor for igniter and flame. The sensor is located across from the gas igniter at the dryer’s burner assembly. This flame sensor should be closed for continuity at room temperature. Check for continuity with a multi-meter before replacing.
Dryer igniter with wire harness connecter. This is a flat-style igniter. The igniter uses heat to ignite the gas in the burner assembly. If the igniter is defective, the gas will not ignite and the dryer will not heat.
Dryer idley pulley. The idler pulley puts tension on the drive belt. If the idler pulley fails to put the proper amount of tension on the belt, the dryer will not spin.
