Step By Step Instructions

Before you replace the chemical injector on your pressure washer first make sure the engine and pump have cooled.

Use locking pliers to crimp the detergent solution supply tube.

Now detach the tube from the old chemical injector.

Unthread the old injector.

Prepare the new chemical injector for installation by first inserting the small “o”-ring.

Slide the large “o”-ring over the threads.

Now insert the ball bearing into the injector followed by the spring.

Apply some lubricant to the large “o”-ring then align the new assembly with the injector port and thread it into position.

Attach the detergent solution tube to the new injector.

Remove the locking pliers and confirm that the pressure washer is working properly.
