Step By Step Instructions

As with any repair, be sure to turn off the power to your dishwasher before beginning

Shut off the water supply valve.

To replace the water inlet valve, first rotate the lower access panel fasteners counter-clockwise to remove then pull out the access panel and sound dampening pad.

Next, unthread the fitting to remove the water supply line from the inlet valve.

Be prepared for some water to spill out.

Now disconnect the wire connecter from the valve.

Remove the mounting screw securing the valve to the frame and slide the valve out.

Use pliers to release the retaining clamp securing the fill hose to the valve and pull the hose off.

Install the new water inlet valve by first connecting the fill hose and securing it with the clamp.

Position the new valve in the frame and reinstall the screw to secure.

Connect the wire connecter to the new valve.

Attach the water supply line to the inlet port and tighten the fitting to secure.

Reposition the lower access panel and sound dampening pad then secure the panel with the fasteners.

You’re now ready to turn the water supply back on as well as the power and confirm that the dishwasher is working properly.
