Before you replace the air filter on your edger first make sure the engine has cooled.

Next, remove the wire and boot from the spark plug to prevent the engine from accidentally starting.

Use a t-25 torx bit screwdriver to unthread the screws securing the air filter cover.

Pull the cover off and remove the old air filter.

Install the new air filter by inserting it into the blower housing.

Replace the cover and rethread the screws to secure.

Reattach the spark plug wire and boot and your edger should be ready for use.
