Your first step is to remove the lower back panel.

Be sure to note the correct location of the wires connected to the old door latch motor.

Disconnect the wires.

Now, remove the mounting screws and detach the old latch motor from the latch bar.

Install the new door latch motor by hooking it onto the latch bar and securing the mounting screws.

Reattach the wires.

Replace the back panel and plug the appliance back in to make sure it’s functioning properly.
