Step By Step Instructions

As with any repair, be sure you unplug the appliance before beginning.

First, remove the oven racks.

Next, loosen the screws at the back of the oven floor panel and remove the panel.

Now, remove the mounting screws securing the burner shield and detach it.

Your next step is to remove the mounting screws to release the old bake spark electrode and burner.

Detach the wire connector.

Install the new bake spark electrode and burner by first attaching the wire connector then position and secure with the mounting screws.

Reinstall the burner shield and screws.

Replace the floor panel and tighten the screws.

Replace the oven racks and plug the appliance back in to make sure it’s functioning properly.
