Step-By-Step Instructions1
Before you replace the inner door glass in your dryer be sure to unplug the power cord.

Open the dryer door and support it as you use a number two square bit or a phillips-head screwdriver to unthread the four screws securing the door to the hinge.

Next, unthread the four screws securing the latch assembly.

Now remove the screws securing the two glass supports.

You can use a small flat-head screwdriver to help pry the supports loose.

Lift out the old inner door glass.

Prepare the new inner door glass for installation by transferring the rubber gasket from the old glass to the new one.

Now align the top support on the glass first and position the support on the door.

Align the bottom support on the glass, position the support and snap both supports into place on the door.

Replace the screws to secure.

Realign the door latch assembly on the door then thread and tighten the screws to secure.

Realign the dryer door on hinge then thread and tighten the screws.

With the repair completed plug the power cord back in and your dryer should be ready for use.
