Step By Step Instructions

Before you replace the dishwasher door latch be sure to turn off the power to the appliance.

Use a phillips-head screwdriver to unthread the screws securing the control panel assembly to the door.

Because the outer door panel is sharp, be careful not to put stress on the wiring.

Use a t-25 torx bit to unthread the screws securing the door latch to the door frame.

Note the orientation of the wires then disconnect them from the latch.

Install the new door latch by first connecting the wires to the appropriate terminals.

Now position the latch on the frame and secure it with the screws.

Reposition the control panel assembly on the door and secure it with the screws.

With the repair completed turn the power back on and your dishwasher should be ready for use.
