Before beginning this procedure, be sure to remove the snowblower’s start key from the ignition.

To replace the auger paddle, your first step is to remove the screws and lock nuts securing the old paddle to the auger assembly.

Pull the old paddle off and discard it.

Install the new auger paddle by flexing it onto the auger assembly.

Insert the screws and lock nuts.

After confirming the paddle is properly aligned tighten all of the fasteners.

With new auger paddle installed you can now return the start key to the ignition.
