Before beginning this procedure, be sure to remove the snowblower’s start key from the ignition.

To replace the choke lever handle, your first step is to place the choke lever in the full choke position.

Next, use needle-nose pliers to widen the handle tabs so you can pull off the old handle if still intact.

Install the new choke lever handle by snapping it onto the choke lever.

With the new handle in place you can now return the start key to the ignition.
