Before beginning this procedure, be sure to remove the snowblower’s start key from the ignition.

To replace the scraper bar, your first step is to tip the snowblower back so it rests on its handle.

Next, remove the mounting screws securing the scraper bar and slide the old bar off.

Install the new scraper bar by sliding it into position on the auger housing and securing the screws.

With the new scraper bar installed, you can now tip the snowblower back to its upright position and return the start key to the ignition.
