Step By Step Instructions

Before beginning this procedure, be sure to remove the snowblower’s start key from the engine.

To replace the slide shoe, your first step is to use a support to prop up the front of the snowblower.

Note the orientation of the mounting bolts securing the old slide shoe now use a 9/16th inch socket to remove the nuts and washers.
4
Pull the mounting bolts out and remove the old slide shoe.
5
Install the new slide shoe by positioning it on the blower housing.
6
Insert the mounting bolts from the inside of the housing and secure them with the washers and nuts.
7
With the new shoe installed, remove the support and return the start key to the snowblower’s engine.
