"Step 1: Make sure the engine has cooled and the on/off switch is in the ""off"" position."

Step 2: Unthread the wing nuts counter-clockwise to detach the air filter cover.

Step 3: Remove the air filter.

Step 4: Use a T-27 Torx bit to unthread the two mounting bolts securing the filter base and carburetor.

Step 5: Remove the old intake gasket if still intact.

Step 6: Insert the bolts through the air filter base and baffle.

Step 7: Position the new intake gasket on the bolts.

Step 8: Align the carburetor followed by the carburetor outlet gasket.

Step 9: Position the assembly and thread the mounting bolts.

Step 10: Replace the air filter.

Step 11: Realign the filter cover and thread the wing nuts to secure.
