"You will need pliers, a 13mm wrench and a 14mm socket for this procedure, and you may need assistance."

Be sure there is little or no fuel in the tank.

Tip the snowblower forward so its rests on the auger housing.

Use pliers to detach the two scraper blade springs.

Use a 13mm wrench and a 14mm socket to remove the nuts and bolts securing the old scraper blade.

Prepare the new scraper blade for installation by transferring the bushings from the old blade to the new one.

"Align the new scraper blade on the frame, then insert the bolts and thread on the nuts."

Reinstall the springs.

"Return the snowblower to its upright position, then refill the fuel tank if necessary."
