As with any repair, be sure to turn off the power to your dishwasher before beginning.

Next, remove the screws to release the lower access panel and set the panel aside.

Now open the dishwasher door and remove the screws securing the outer door panel.

Close the door securely and pull the outer door panel down to remove.

Uninstall the screws to release the inner access plate.

Detach the plate from the harness support and set it aside.

Move the sound dampening pad out of the way.

Release the fill hose from the retaining clip and pull it off of the sump and air pressure chamber.

Be prepared for some water to spill out.

Disconnect the wire harness from the drain pump.

Now release the locking tab on the pump and rotate the old pump clockwise to remove it.

Install the new drain pump by aligning it with the tabs in the sump.

Push and rotate the pump counter-clockwise to lock it into place.

Connect the wire harness to the new pump

Replace the fill hose by inserting it into the port on the pressure chamber and the port on the sump.

Secure it in the retaining clip.

Reposition the sound dampening pad.

Replace the inner access plate by hooking it on to the frame and harness support then secure it with the screws.

Reinstall the outer door panel by sliding it up into position and replace the screws in the inner panel to secure.

Replace the lower access panel and secure the screws.

You’re now ready to turn the power supply back on and confirm that the dishwasher is functioning properly.
