As with any repair, be sure you unplug the appliance before beginning.

Your first step is to remove the temperature switch knob. This may require some effort - You can use string or wire to help pry it off.

Next, remove the control panel’s back panel to access the switch itself.

Pull the tab and rotate the old switch to release.

You’re now ready to install the new temperature switch.

Reattach the wires then insert the switch into the control panel and rotate until it snaps into position.

Replace the back panel and secure the screws.

Reinstall the temperature switch knob and plug the appliance back in to make sure it’s functioning properly.
