Solution 1:
If possible check for proper voltage to Relay Control per wiring diagram with unit
The manufacturer has assigned this error or fault code to indicate a possible problem with the touch pad or the clock assembly, either of which may need to be replaced. First, unplug power to the appliance for 10 minutes to see if that clears the problem. If not, the touch pad is the more likely cause of this problem. Clock assemblies are also referred to as a circuit board, control board, mother board, or an ERC, which is an abbreviation for Electronic Range Control.
