40 Watt frosted appliance light bulb.
Dryer drum roller assembly. Includes the roller shaft and mounting clips. As the bearing in the roller wears, it self-lubricates so no grease is needed. If the dryer is noisy then one or more of the rollers may be worn. The rollers should be replaced in sets either both front or both rear.
Dryer drum drive belt. This slender belt wraps all the way around the dryer drum, around a tension pulley, and then around the drive motor pulley. If the drum will not turn when the dryer is turned on the belt is likely broken.
Idler pulley and bracket for dryer drum belt
Dryer heating element assembly. If the dryer no longer heats then the heating element may have failed, but it is not the most common cause. The most common cause for a dryer to stop heating is a blown thermal fuse.
25 watt light-bulb for various appliances, 120 volts, small base screw-in. Bulb has been updated and you may need the recommended socket to install this light bulb. Also bulb is no longer blue tint per factory.
Thermal fuse with bracket, located on the element housing. The fuse is not resettable and will need to be replaced if blown. If the dryer does not heat, the thermal fuse may be blown.
Dryer moisture sensor. The moisture sensor monitors the clothing’s moisture level and sends a signal to the control board when the clothes are dry. If your dryer turns off too early or continues running for a while after the clothes are dry, the moisture sensor might be damaged.
Dryer thermistor. If the dryer displays a fault code the thermistor may be defective.
Gas dryer sensor for igniter and flame. The sensor is located across from the gas igniter at the dryer’s burner assembly. This flame sensor should be closed for continuity at room temperature. Check for continuity with a multi-meter before replacing.
Dryer thermal fuse (also called the thermal limit). Located on the blower housing. The thermal fuse blows to cut off power to the dryer if the dryer overheats. If the thermal fuse has blown, the dryer won't start. The thermal fuse cannot be reset--if the fuse has blown, it must be replaced.
Dryer Heating element. If the dryer does not heat check for a blown thermal fuse or thermal cut out. Heating elements will often have a break in the coil element if defective.
