Dryer drum drive belt. This belt is approximately 1/4" wide x 92-1/4" long. It is flat on one side and has 4 ribs and 3 grooves on the other. It replaces many other belts, including some with 5 ribs and 4 grooves. The belt attaches to the motor pulley and spins the drum as the motor rotates

The Dryer Repair & Maintenance Kit 4392065 includes rollers, a belt, and an idler pulley. It is specifically designed for 29 wide dryers built in 1965 or later. This kit addresses common issues that cause Whirlpool, Kenmore, Maytag, and KitchenAid dryers to become noisy.

The drum support roller kit, 349241T. If the dryer is making a rumbling or knocking noise the rollers may be worn out causing the drum not to turn smoothly.

Dryer thermistor. This thermistor should read approximately 11.9K Ohms of resistance at 70 degrees Fahrenheit (21’ Celsius). If the thermistor is defective, it may prolong or shorten the drying time or cause a fault code. A defective thermistor is not responsible for a dryer not heating.

High-limit thermostat kit. Contains hi limit thermostat and thermal cut out fuse. If the dryer overheats, the high-limit thermostat cuts off power to the dryer. If the dryer won't heat, the high-limit thermostat may have blown. This part has been updated by the manufacturer and may look different.

Dryer blower wheel. Used on 29 inch Whirlpool built models with lint filter on top. To remove the blower wheel, unscrew the blower wheel clockwise off the motor shaft.

Motor pulley, 60 hertz

Gas dryer sensor for igniter and flame. The sensor is located across from the gas igniter at the dryer’s burner assembly. This flame sensor should be closed for continuity at room temperature. Check for continuity with a multi-meter before replacing.

Dryer thermal fuse (or thermal limiter). This fuse is located on the exhaust duct. If the dryer overheats, the thermal fuse opens to cut off power to the dryer. The thermal fuse cannot be reset--if the thermal fuse is open, it must be replaced.
