Refrigerator icemaker assembly, rear-mount style. If the icemaker is not working make sure the freezer temperature is around zero degrees Fahrenheit. If the refrigerator is operating at the proper temperature, the icemaker or water valve could be defective.

Refrigerator defrost thermostat kit. The defrost thermostat monitors the temperature of the evaporator coils. When the coils drop below a set temperature, the thermostat allows power to go to the defrost heater. If the defrost thermostat is defective, the refrigerator will not defrost.
