Shop replacement repair parts for Maytag Dryer model DG26CS

Dryer drum support roller kit. Includes two washers. When the drum rollers are worn out, they can cause the dryer to make a loud rumbling noise. Both rollers should be replaced at the same time. The roller does not need lubrication, the bearing is self-lubricating.

Dryer drum drive belt, 100 inches long, 3/8" wide,5 ribs 4 grooves. The drive belt wraps all the way around the dryer drum, around a tension pulley, and then around the drive motor pulley. If the drum will not turn when the dryer is turned on the belt is likely broken.

Snap retaining ring

Dryer blower wheel for exhaust with clamp. If the dryer does not heat properly then this wheel may be stripped causing an air flow problem.

Gas dryer sensor for igniter and flame. The sensor is located across from the gas igniter at the dryer’s burner assembly. This flame sensor should be closed for continuity at room temperature. Check for continuity with a multi-meter before replacing.

Dryer igniter with wire harness connecter. This is a flat-style igniter. The igniter uses heat to ignite the gas in the burner assembly. If the igniter is defective, the gas will not ignite and the dryer will not heat.

Dryer idley pulley. The idler pulley puts tension on the drive belt. If the idler pulley fails to put the proper amount of tension on the belt, the dryer will not spin.

Dryer drum drive motor. New style motor switch, The motor will need re-wiring.
Common symptoms of a bad drive motor are:
-Dryer stops turning during cycle
-Dryer won't start
-Dryer won't turn at all

Adjustable dryer cycling thermostat kit L135-155. The cycling thermostat cycles the heat on and off to regulate the air temperature. If the cycling thermostat is defective, the dryer will not heat. To determine if the thermostat is defective, use a multimeter to test it for continuity.
